Jumbo Shells(Spinach And Ricotta Filling) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box jumbo shells, cooked and drained
    1 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    15 oz. ricotta cheese
    1 cup grated parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    jar spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Cook spinach and drain well.
    Squeeze excess moisture out. In skillet, cook onion in butter till just tender.
    Add spinach. In bowl, mix egg, cheeses, nutmeg and spinach mixture.
    Stuff shells.
    Pour spaghetti sauce over shells and heat in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes.
