Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon, chopped
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt (if desired)
    1/2 tsp. chili pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
    5 c. tomatoes
    1 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    Fry bacon slowly and pour off some of the fat.
    Brown chopped onion and beef in fat.
    Add seasonings.
    Add tomatoes and well washed rice.
    This will be a thick mixture at the end of cooking period.
    If desired thinner, add a cup of water.
    When ready to serve, lightly stir to bring up color of tomatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or more.
