Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. all-purpose flour
4 whole eggs
3 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. pecans
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Sift flour, salt, soda and cinnamon together.
Cream sugar and Wesson oil in separate bowls, then add eggs.
Add flour and pecans.
Add the grated carrots last.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
