Stuffed Flounder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, diced
    2 garlic cloves, diced
    3 Tbsp. butter
    12 oz. small mushrooms, diced (save caps)
    fresh parsley
    cayenne pepper
    black pepper
    8 oz. bay scallops
    8 oz. crab sticks or sea legs, diced
    juice of 1 lemon
    6 oz. white wine (optional)
    6 flounder fillets
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in butter, add mushrooms and parsley and simmer 5 minutes.
    Add a pinch of cayenne pepper and black pepper.
    Stir in scallops and crab sticks.
    Simmer 7 minutes. Add lemon (wine - optional at this point).
    Place 3 flounder fillets on a baking tray and lay stuffing over each, top with remaining fillets.
    Bake 15 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Makes 8 servings.
