Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 eggs, well beaten
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well and pour into an uncooked 9-inch pie shell.
Cover with top pastry.
Cook for 55 minutes or until crust is brown at 350\u00b0.
