Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
2/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together.
Spread in a pie shell. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then lower oven to 325\u00b0, baking for another 30 minutes.
