Fantasy Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3/4 c. margarine
    2/3 c. (5 1/3 fl. oz. can) evaporated milk
    1 (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate bits
    1 (7 oz.) jar Kraft marshmallow cream
    1 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, margarine and milk in heavy 2 1/2-quart saucepan.
    Bring to full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling 5 minutes over medium heat or until candy thermometer reaches 234\u00b0 or a soft ball forms in cold water, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
    Remove from heat; stir in chocolate bits until melted.
    Add marshmallow cream, nuts and vanilla.
    Beat until well blended.
    Pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Cool at room temperature.
    Cut into squares.
    Makes 3 pounds.
