E-Z Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak (also good with venison)
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 can water
1 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation

Cut meat into serving pieces and place in greased pan or casserole dish.
Combine soup and water and pour over meat. Sprinkle soup mix over top.
Cover.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 to 3 hours or use crock-pot.
Even tough meat turns out very tender.
