Crunchy Chicken And Rice Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. raw rice
    1 lb. can cut green beans, drained
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions
    2 c. milk
    2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
    2 1/2 oz. jar sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In large saucepan, combine soup with milk and heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and stir in chicken, rice, beans, mushrooms, pimento, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can French fried onions.
    Pour into 2-quart casserole.
    Bake covered 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions.
    Bake uncovered 5 minutes more.
    Makes 5 to 6 servings.
