Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 to 20 c. popped corn
    2 sticks butter
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white corn syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Bring butter, brown sugar and syrup to a boil in medium saucepan.
    Boil for 5 minutes, stirring often.
    Remove from heat. Add vanilla and baking soda.
    Beat with wooden spoon.
    Pour over popped corn and stir to coat.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
