Garlic Prawns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag Contessa uncooked shrimp (with tail on, about 1.5 lb.), thawed and tails removed
    1/4 c. olive oil
    about 2 Tbsp. chopped garlic (from a jar is ok)
    1 to 4 Tbsp. fresh parsley
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl or secure zip-lock bag. Marinate at least 1 hour (best overnight). To cook, preheat oven to 500\u00b0. Spread prawns in a single layer on a jelly-roll pan or cookie sheet with a rim. Place on middle rack and bake for 5 minutes. Do not overcook. If necessary let it go one more minute, but no more.
