University Club Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes Ritz crackers
1 lb. cream cheese
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except baking powder and crackers, with electric mixer.
Then add baking powder and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Mound smoothly on crackers and bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 to 7 minutes, until lightly browned.
