Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten well
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cooked apples
2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix oil, sugar and eggs together.
To this add the flour, then add the vanilla, apples and pecans.
Mix well.
Bake in Bundt pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
