Butterscotch Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
    1/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. pecan halves
    1 egg white, beaten
Preparation
    Melt
    morsels
    over
    hot water.
    Stir in sweetened condensed milk
    and
    vanilla.
    Add
    chopped pecans and mix well. Chill until firm.
    Roll
    into a log and place on waxed paper. Brush with beaten
    egg white and press pecan halves into log. Keep refrigerated.
