American Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. corn tortillas
    3 cans enchilada sauce
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 cans chili con carne
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain well.
    Mix in chili.
    In a separate pan, mix enchilada sauce, 1 tablespoon oil and tomato sauce.
    Bring to a boil and lower flame to simmer.
    Take 1 tortilla and slide through sauce rapidly, covering it completely. Fill center with meat and sprinkle cheese to taste. Fold top down, bottom up; flip over and lay in pan.
    Repeat until pan is filled.
    Pour rest of enchilada sauce over top and sprinkle with rest of cheese.
    Bake for 1/2 hour at 375\u00b0.
