Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    squash
    tomatoes, peeled
    onions, peeled
    fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Trim ends off squash; do not peel squash.
    Spray thin layer of Pam or other oil on bottom of dish.
    Layer first with cross-cut zucchini slices, then layer of tomato slices, followed by onion slices.
    Snip fresh basil (or dried) over top.
    Cover with cracker crumbs, followed by Cheddar cheese.
    Bake, covered, in 350\u00b0
    oven. Take cover off last 5 to 10 minutes, if desired, to brown top. Use equal amounts of vegetables cut same thickness, 1/2-inch.
