Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. sliced green onion
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
    1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Prepare rice mix according to package directions, substituting chicken broth for water.
    Let cool.
    Add celery, green onion, water chestnuts, mushrooms, butter and soy sauce.
    Mix all together.
    Place in a casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until hot.
