Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef
    black pepper
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
Preparation
    Is leftover rice taking up refrigerator space?
    Saute onion and green pepper in the oil until soft.
    Add ground beef and seasoning, stirring until meat loses its pink color.
    Stir in the cooked rice, tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce.
    Mix thoroughly. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
    Yields 8 servings.
