Deviled Crab - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat
    juice of 1 lemon
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    dash of pepper sauce
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 tsp. milk
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 stick butter (1/2 c.)
    6 crackers
Preparation
    To crab meat, add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, pepper sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
    To make the sauce, mix flour, mustard and milk.
    Add evaporated milk and cook and stir until thick and smooth.
    Remove from heat and stir in melted butter. Pour over crab meat and mix lightly.
    Place in individual shells. Crush crackers and toss with 2 tablespoons melted butter.
    Sprinkle on top of crabs.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes or until brown.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
