Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. corn meal mix
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. buttermilk
1/4 tsp. soda
2 eggs
1 large can cream-style corn
1/2 jalapeno pepper
1 c. grated American cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except 1/4 cup of cheese.
Pour into a well-greased baking pan.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
