Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 roma or plum tomatoes
1 large red (purple) onion
1 small to medium garlic, minced or 2 oz. minced garlic in jar
1 large green pepper
4 large jalapeno peppers
1 large bunch cilantro
1/2 c. lime juice
1 1/2 tsp. hot sauce or 1 tsp. crushed red peppers
1 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. salt
1 can Ro-Tel (mild, medium or extra hot) tomatoes
Preparation

Wash all vegetables well. Dice tomatoes, green pepper, onion and
jalapeno in small cubes. Cut and dice cilantro (discard stems). Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl, except lime juice. Mix well and then add lime juice.
