Granny'S Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. beef roast
    4 medium onions, diced (more, if desired)
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Place beef roast in covered pot.
    Cover with water.
    Cook 2/3 done.
    Remove, let cool and cut in small strips with kitchen shears.
    Replace meat and onions in broth and cook at gentle boil until meat begins to fall apart.
    Add salt, pepper and Worcestershire to taste.
    Serve over stiff rice or egg noodles.
