Two Minute Microwave Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box confectioners sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. baking cocoa
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a 3-quart mixing bowl.
Microwave on High for 2 minutes.
Stir until well blended.
Pour into a buttered 8-inch baking dish.
Cover and refrigerate until set. Cut in 1-inch squares.
Makes 64 pieces.
