Des' Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 c. warm milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. mashed potatoes
    1/4 c. warm water
    3 pkg. yeast
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. salt
    6 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Warm together shortening, milk, sugar and potatoes;
    set aside.
    Dissolve
    yeast
    in
    1/4 cup warm water, then add other warm
    ingredients.\tAdd flour as you stir.\tLet rise in refrigerator;
    keep
    covered.
    Punch
    down, knead, roll out and shape into rolls.
    May keep part of dough in refrigerator.\tWill keep a week.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until brown as desired.
