Mom'S Orange Sponge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 egg whites
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    5 egg yolks
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 grated orange peel
    4 Tbsp. orange juice
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat egg whites, salt, sugar and cream of tartar until fluffy. Beat
    remaining ingredients in another bowl.
    Fold yellow mixture into white mixture and put into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
