Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. thin-sliced zucchini (about 6)
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. parsley
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 to 2/3 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten slightly
Preparation

Mix well.
Bake about 35 minutes.
Casserole will brown. Serves 6.
