Chicken With Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cut up fryers
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. soy sauce
4 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. salt
pinch of garlic powder
1 (12 1/2 oz.) can pineapple pieces
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Dust chicken with flour and spices.
Brown on all sides in margarine.
Remove chicken when browned and place skin side down; line baking dish.
Add syrup from pineapple, soy sauce and sugar to margarine in skillet.
Stir all chicken pieces and drippings into sauce.
Pour sauce over chicken.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, turning chicken after 30 minutes.
When turning the chicken, add the pineapple pieces and baste.
