Shrimp Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh shrimp
    salt, pepper and cayenne pepper
    1/4 lb. margarine
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped fine
    4 cloves garlic, chopped fine
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    seasoning to taste
Preparation
    Split shrimp and season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper (be careful with the cayenne!); set aside.
