Ingredients

1 1/2 c. brown sugar, loosely packed
3 rounded Tbsp. flour
pinch of salt
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
baked crust
meringue
Preparation

Mix brown sugar, flour and salt with beaten egg yolks and 1/2 cup milk.
Add 1 cup milk and cook until thick.
Add butter.
Fill baked crust.
Add meringue and brown.
