Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. water
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 qt. fresh strawberries
strawberry jello
Preparation

Cook sugar, water and cornstarch on medium or high until thick and clear looking.
Take off burner and add dry strawberry jello. Stir and let cool (after steam has gone).
Add quart of sliced strawberries.
Pour into cooled cooked pie shell.
Set in refrigerator to jell for 30 minutes to an hour.
Slice and add Cool Whip for topping.
