vegetable cooking spray
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts halves
1 jar chicken gravy
1 Tbsp. country-style Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Spray medium skillet with cooking spray and heat over med-high heat 1 minute. Add chicken and cook 10 minutes or until browned. Set chicken aside. Add gravy, mustard and garlic powder. Heat to a boil. Return chicken to pan. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until chicken is no longe pink. Serve with noodles if desired.
