Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 lb. mild sausage
    8 oz. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 small onion, chopped
    enough flour to hold together
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Roll into small balls.
    The secret is to squeeze through fingers real good.
    Put on greased cookie sheet.
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cook until golden brown.
