Sausage Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    2 envelopes dry chicken noodle soup mix
    6 c. boiling water
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown sausage in large skillet.
    Pour off excess fat; add green pepper, onion and celery.
    Saute in skillet.
    Combine soup mix and boiling water in large saucepan; stir in rice.
    Boil 7 minutes.
    Add sausage mixture and salt; stir well.
    Pour into baking dish; bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 1 hour or longer.
