Beef And Vegetable Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. flank steak
    1 Spanish onion, sliced
    1 sweet red pepper
    1 garlic clove, finely chopped
    1/4 c. lime juice
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    2 Tbsp. fresh coriander, chopped
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
    1/8 tsp. salt
    8 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Place steak, onion and red peppers in shallow dish.
    Combine garlic, lime juice, vinegar, coriander, cumin and salt; pour over steak and vegetables.
    Toss.
    Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
