Golden Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. salad oil
4 eggs
2 c. finely grated carrots
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 can coconut
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift the dry ingredients together, then add sugar, oil and eggs.
Mix well.
Blend thoroughly.
Add carrots, pineapple, coconut and nuts.
Bake in prepared pan (3 layers) at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
