Graham Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. fine whole wheat flour
    1/3 c. unbleached white flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    7/8 c. milk
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. butter or oil
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt.
    Beat eggs light.
    Add milk and butter slowly.
    Add flour and mix well.
    Beat 1 minute with electric beater.
    Mix should be like heavy cream.
    Place in buttered muffin tins 1/3 full.
    Bake 20 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Reduce oven to 350\u00b0 and finish baking 15 more minutes.
    Remove from tins.
    Serves 8 to 12.
