Ingredients

1/4 c. shortening
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg yolk
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. milk
1 stiffly beaten egg white
Preparation

Cream shortening, sugar and vanilla; add egg yolk and beat well.
Stir in fruit and nuts.
Mix together crumbs and baking powder; add 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Add to creamed mixture alternating with milk.
Fold in egg white.
Fill 6 greased 6 ounce custard cups.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve warm with lemon sauce or whipped cream.
