Coconut Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites (room temperature)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    12 oz. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. shortening
Preparation
    Mix and spoon onto cookie sheet with foil.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
