Make Ahead Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Beat eggs; stir in milk, salt and pepper.
    Cook in melted butter, stirring until set, but still moist.
    Cool.
    When cool, stir in sour cream.
    Spread into a 7 x 12-inch (2-quart) shallow baking dish.
    Top with bacon and cheese.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, at 300\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
