Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cabbage
    potatoes
    onions
    salt
    pepper
    cheese (optional)
Preparation
    In a 2-quart microwave casserole dish shred a layer (1/2 inch deep) of cabbage, a layer of raw potatoes (1/4-inch slices) and a layer of onions (1/8-inch slices).
    Add salt and pepper to taste. Cheese may be added if desired.
    Dot with margarine.
    Seal with Saran Wrap.
    Cook on High power for 10 minutes.
    Serves 4 people.
