Pineapple Milk Sherbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, adding milk last.
    Stir until sugar is dissolved.
    Pour in tray and freeze until mush; remove to bowl and beat with rotary beater.
    Return to tray and finish freezing. If evaporated milk is chilled and whipped before sherbet is mixed, it may be frozen without beating.
