Hardee'S Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. shortening
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients for 30 seconds.
    Blend in shortening for 3 minutes.
    Add buttermilk and mix 30 seconds.
    Roll dough on floured board to 1/2 inch thick.
    Cut with 3-inch cutter.
    Yields 16 biscuits.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until brown.
