Fran'S Lemon Icebox Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 large (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. fresh squeezed lemon juice (8 to 10 lemons)
Preparation

Line bottom of 9 x 12-inch dish with graham cracker crumbs. Mix condensed milk and lemon juice thoroughly and pour in a layer over the crumbs.
Spread layer of Cool Whip over lemon mixture. Garnish with a few graham cracker crumbs.
Chill overnight. Serves 12.
