Rice And Artichoke Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken Rice-A-Roni
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    4 green onions, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    6 to 12 oz. artichoke hearts, drained (save juice)
    3/4 tsp. curry powder
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook rice by instructions.
    Add pepper, onions, celery and drained artichokes.
    Combine artichoke juice, curry and mayonnaise. Mix all together and chill.
