Hot Chicken Salad Appetizer - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. (6 to 8 breasts), cooked chicken
2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. almonds, slivered
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. potato chips, crushed
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients except 1/2 cup of shredded cheese and potato chips.
Save these for topping.
Put in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle cheese and potato chips over the top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve with pita bread, cut in quarter size wedges or small rye bread.
