Blueberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. grated orange peel
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
    Cook and stir over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes or until thickened.
    Makes about 2 cups.
    Serve on pancakes, waffles, ice cream, puddings, pound cake or angel food cake.
