Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 jalapeno peppers, diced
    1 c. corn meal
    1/4 c. Wesson oil
    1 egg
    3/4 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. pimento (optional)
    1 (8 3/4 oz.) can cream-style corn
Preparation
    Mix together and bake at 400\u00b0.
    If you double this, use one big can of cream-style corn.
