Beet Pickle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. beet juice and water
1 c. water
2 c. sugar
2 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. salt (scant)
few sticks of cinnamon
cloves
beets
Preparation
-
Cook beets until tender;
peel the beets.
Boil remaining ingredients and add cooked beets.
Pack into jars and seal.
