Broccoli Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 oz. cottage cheese
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    4 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    8 oz. lasagna, cooked
    2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
    12 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, sliced
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    12 bacon slices, lightly fried
Preparation
    Mix together cottage cheese, eggs, salt, garlic salt and parsley.
    In a buttered glass dish, place 2 or 3 layers of the following in the order shown:
    noodles, cottage cheese mixture, broccoli, Monterey Jack cheese and Parmesan cheese.
    Top with bacon strips. Bake at 350\u00b0 until lasagna bubbles.
    Serves 6 to 8.
