Chicken Or Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. noodles
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. fat
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 can chopped pimento
1 (7 oz.) can flaked tuna or 1 c. chopped chicken
Preparation

Cook noodles; drain.
Cook onions and green pepper in hot fat until tender.
Add flour and blend.
Add milk and cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly.
Stir in chicken soup.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Garnish with almonds.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
